今天Cindy下班後跟著同事們夜衝到淡水吃火鍋。煮火鍋必備的配料就是金針菇。你知道金針菇怎麼說嗎?有人會戲稱金針菇的英文叫做see you tomorrow。不知道原因嗎?你可以吃看看，然後隔天廁所就可以體會這個說法的真諦了!

言歸正傳，其實金針菇的英文叫做Enokitake 或是 Enoki。

It is a popular ingredient for soups, especially in the East Asian cuisine, but can be used for salads and other dishes.

它是湯中很受歡迎的食材，特別是在東亞的料理中，但也使用在沙拉及其他菜餚中。

It is also known as golden needle mushroom or lily mushroom.它也被稱為金針菇。

它也有很高的營養價值。

Enokitake mushrooms contain antioxidants它含有抗氧化物。

因此是防癌的好食材。
