最近Cindy在追的一部日劇《完美世界》，劇中男主角因為一場意外而造成下肢癱瘓，必須坐輪椅。今天的劇情發展到像他一樣的身心障礙人士(the disabled)，有時候會遇到幻肢痛(phantom limb pain)的症狀，看到男主角痛苦的神情真的是一把鼻涕一把眼淚，好揪心呀!我們今天就一起來關心一下這個議題吧!

phantom limb pain的定義如下:
After you have part of your arm or leg amputated, there’s a chance you could feel pain in the limb that’s no longer there.

在你部分的手臂或腿被截肢後，你可能會覺得不存在的肢體在疼痛。

Occasionally, the pain can be made worse by stress, anxiety and weather changes. Phantom limb pain is usually intermittent. The frequency and intensity of attacks usually declines with time.

偶爾，壓力，焦慮和天氣變化會使疼痛加劇。幻肢痛通常是間歇性的。攻擊的頻率和強度通常會隨著時間的推移而下降。
